Create your organisation
Registration, domain setup and the first mailbox.

Registration creates three objects: the organisation, the domain and the first mailbox. No software installation and no server selection are required.
Requirements
Two items are required to complete registration.
- A registered domain, and access to the service where its DNS is managed
- A billing address for invoices
Trial period
Each organisation begins with a trial period of 14 days. All applications and features are available during this period.
At the end of the trial period, outbound mail is suspended until a plan is subscribed. Read access and export remain available for a further seven days. See “When the account expires”.
Domain provisioning
The domain is created during registration and the DNS records for publication are available within seconds. Mail delivery begins once those records resolve, as described in the following article.
