Frequently asked questions
What about my eight years of old email?
It comes with you, imported from the console: the address at the previous provider, the password, and the copy runs on the server with the folder tree, the received dates and the read state intact. Calendars, contacts and files are still exported and imported by hand; the migration page describes each step and how long it takes.
Where does my data live?
On servers in the European Union, under GDPR. Mailboxes, files and the database sit there, and what you write is never used to train third-party models.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on every plan. We help you set up the DNS records and validate sending (SPF, DKIM and DMARC), with your own reverse DNS for deliverability.
Can I take my data whenever I want?
Yes, and without asking permission. Mail over IMAP, calendar as iCalendar (.ics), contacts as vCard or CSV, and files downloaded from Drive, including whole folders as ZIP.
Are the apps included?
Yes, on every plan: desktop (macOS, Windows and Linux), mobile and browser. The desktop app syncs the folders you choose with Drive.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. The subscription is monthly and you cancel whenever you like — you export your mail and files in open formats.
