What this means
Processing in the European Union
The application, database and mail servers are located in the European Union. Files are held in storage under European jurisdiction. Artificial intelligence processing takes place in European data centres.
Providers subject to United States law
Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL and Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. are European entities whose parent companies are established in the United States, and are therefore within the reach of United States legislation. Data is processed and stored within the European Union, which is not equivalent to stating that no provider is subject to foreign legislation. EU Standard Contractual Clauses are in place in both cases. Neither holds the content of mailboxes, files or documents.
What this list does not contain
Meetings, office documents, chat, calendar, contacts and the wiki run on servers we operate, without recourse to third-party services.
No model providers
The assistant uses open-source models served on European infrastructure. The content submitted to it is not shared with the developers of those models, nor used to train them.
Right to object
Customers may object to a new sub-processor on reasonable data-protection grounds within 14 days of notification.
Contractual obligations
All sub-processors are bound by data processing agreements affording protections no less stringent than those we undertake towards our own customers.
