Rules are evaluated on the server and apply to all mail on delivery, independently of any open client session.
Rules
Settings → Rules. Each rule consists of a set of conditions and the actions applied on a match: file, label, mark as read, forward or delete.
Conditions combine with AND or OR, so a single rule can match either a sender or a subject term.
Out-of-office
The reply text and the start and end dates are configured together. The reply activates and deactivates automatically on the dates set.
Templates
Frequently used replies can be saved as templates and inserted while composing. Templates belong to the user account and are not shared with the organisation.
