Turn apps on and off
Restricting the application set for an organisation.

All ten applications are enabled by default. An organisation may disable any of them for all users.

Administration → Apps. One switch per application, applied to the entire organisation.
Effect of disabling an application
Disabling an application affects more than the navigation menu.
- The application is removed from the menu for all users
- Its integrations with the other applications are deactivated
- The AI assistant loses the tools for that application and any agent that depends on it
Applications that cannot be disabled
Administration and Settings are not applications and have no switch. Mail can be disabled; the interface does not assume its presence.
