Differences between plans and the applicable limits.

All plans include the ten applications and the AI assistant. Plans differ in capacity rather than in available features. No paid add-on modules are offered.
Included in all plans
- All ten applications, with no feature restricted to a higher plan
- The AI assistant
- A customer-owned domain, with DKIM and DMARC published by Beskos
- The desktop and mobile applications
Plan capacities
Base provides up to 10 users, 30 GB of shared storage, meetings of up to 25 participants and 1,000 messages per day. Business provides up to 50 users, 200 GB, 100 participants and 5,000 per day. Pro provides up to 200 users, 1 TB, 200 participants and 20,000 per day.
Storage is allocated as a single pool for the organisation rather than a per-user quota.
Daily send limit
The limit counts recipients rather than messages and applies to the outbound relay. Ordinary correspondence does not approach the limit. Bulk distribution to a full mailing list is outside the intended use of the service.
Changing plan
Plans can be changed in either direction from Administration → Billing. Users added during a billing period are charged pro rata and users removed generate a credit.
